1) Turn on the boiler and wait for it to load: then press and hold the M and OK buttons until 2-01 is displayed.
2) Use the arrow keys to scroll to 2-32, and then press OK.
3) Use the arrow keys to change the setting from OFF to ON and press OK.
4) Turn off power and gas to the boiler.
5) Mount the Ignition Coil in the upper right of the boiler cabinet as shown using the drill point screws
provided. Refer to Figure 1.
6) Remove the old spark igniter, spark ignition wire and the green ground wire from the boiler and install the
provided spark electrode.
7) Remove the blank plug in receptacle J4 and then route the grey plug on the new wire harness through the
top hole of the control panel and plug it into the J4 receptacle.
8) Using the supplied zip ties secure the new wire harness to the existing wire harness so that opening and
closing the control panel will not pinch or chafe the wires.
9) Place the metal tie down clip on the inside edge of the boiler side approximately 6” below the ignition coil
and use the zip tie clip to secure the wires so that they are held away from the burner door. Refer to
Figure 1.
10) Connect the orange spark igniter wire to the ignition coil and the spark igniter and the green ground wire tothe spark igniter. Refer to Figure 1.
